摘　　要：在当前宏观经济调控政策下,商业银行经营的一些市场风险诸如利率风险、流动性风险已经显现出来。本文对商业银行所面临市场风险的表现进行了具体分析,从战略调整和操作策略两方面提出了风险防范措施。under current macro-economy regulation and control policy, the market risk such as interest rate risk and floating risk has come into being when commercial bank develop its business. This article has analyzed these kinds of risks defenately , putting forward the risk countermeasures from the two aspect of strategy adjustment and operation tatics.
