中药治疗上消道出血临床观察

摘　　要：本文报道采用化瘀血法治疗上消化道出血(含消化性溃疡及胃炎)210例,取得临床治愈161例,显效23例,有效19例,总有效率为96.62%的良好效果.从临床疗效反证了“瘀血不去”、“出血不止”是本病的病理中心,从而证实了唐容川的“化瘀止血”法有较好的实用价值,且有深入研究的必要性.ZIU Cases ot hemorrhage caused by gastroduoaenal ulcer ana gastritis were treated with the method of removing blood stasis. 161 cases were cured ,23 had marked effectiveness, 19 improved;the to-tal effective rate was 96. 62%. The dates indicated that removing blood stasis is a valuable treatment method for hemorrhage due to gastroduodenal ulcer and gastritis.
