摘 要:利用新提出的先进“三化”综合设计方法(动态化、智能化、可视化)对振动机械进行设计。以振动沉拔桩机为例,根据设计要求和实际工况的限制,建立振动沉拔桩机的三维可视化模型,并在虚拟可视化的环境下,对振动沉拔桩机系统的整体工作性能进行分析、评价和修改;对振动沉拔桩机的工况进行实时监测,工作过程进行智能化控制。结果表明采用“三化”综合设计方法对振动机械进行设计,能够在设计阶段对可视化虚拟样机进行动态优化设计和性能分析、评价与修改,从而保证了产品具有“先天性优越”的质量特性,提高了振动机械设计总体水平和产品市场竞争力。Utilizing the newly proposed advanced “three-transformation” synthetic designing method (method of dynamics, intellectualization and visualization) a design was carried out upon the vibration machinery. Taking the vibration pile driver and drawer as an example and according to the designing demands and the limitation of actual working conditions, the 3D visualized model of vibration pile driver and drawer was established. Under the environment of fictitious visualization, the analysis, evaluation and modification were carried out on the entire working performance of the vibration pile driver and drawer system, and the real-time supervision upon the operation conditions of vibration pile driver and drawer was conducted, and the intellectualization control on working process was carried out. The result shows that by adopting the “three-transformation” synthetic designing method to carrying out the design on the vibration machinery could conduct dynamic optimization design and analysis, evaluation and modification of performance on the visualized virtual prototype, thus ensured the product possessing a quality characteristics of “inborn superiority” and enhanced the designing overall level of the vibration machinery and the market competitiveness of product.
