白芍总苷联合雷公藤多苷治疗类风湿关节炎增效减毒临床疗效观察

摘　　要：犤目的犦观察白芍总苷(TGP)联合雷公藤多苷治疗类风湿关节炎增效减毒临床疗效。犤方法犦将60例类风湿关节炎(RA)患者随机分为联合治疗组30例及雷公藤组30例,比较两组临床疗效及肝损伤发生情况。犤结果犦联合治疗组与雷公藤组临床总有效率分别为90.00%、66.67%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗后ALT明显低于雷公藤组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)犤结论犦TGP联合雷公藤治疗RA具有增效减毒作用。[Objective] To observe the synergic and attenuated effect of TGP (To tal Glycoside of Radix Paeoniae alba, TGP) integrated with Leigongteng (Radix F olium et Flos Triptegii) on Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). [Methods] Sixty patient s were randomly divided into integrated treatment group and Leigongteng only gro up with 30 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect and the liver injur y condition of two groups were compared. [Results] The total effective rate of integrated group and Leigongteng group was 90% and 66.67% respectively with sig nificant difference between these two groups(P<0.05);TGP in integrated group was lower obviously than that of Leigengteng group after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05);[Conclusion] Integrated treatment with TGP and Leigengteng has synergic and attenuated effect on RA.
