摘　　要：社会救助制度是现代社会保障体系的重要组成部分。新中国建立半个多世纪以来,我国社会救助制度有了很大发展。但目前不管是相对我国社会发展而言,还是同一些西方发达国家的救助制度相比,我国社会救助制度都还有待于进一步的完善和发展。本文首先着重阐述了目前我国社会救助制度的框架,然后指出了制度体系存在的一些问题并对发展完善制度提出了若干看法。Social assistance system is an important part of modern social security system. Since the republic of China was founded, our country′s social assistance system has made great progress. But, at present, no matter compared to our society′s development or some western developed country′s social assistance system, we must further improve and perfect our country′s social assistance system. In the first part of this paper, it mainly discusses our social assistance system′s frame, and in the rest of this paper, it explores some problems of this system and puts forward some suggestions about how to improve and perfect this system.
