城郊大盘景观私有化问题的反思与研究——以杭州市为例

摘　　要：在市场机制下,大规模的城郊住区开发带来了一些突出的城市问题,景观资源的私有化问题便是其中之一。在简要分析了城郊大盘的形成机制后,分别从社会、市场、政府行政3个层面寻找景观私有化问题的根源,并相应地提出应摆脱社会小农意识、积极引导市场运作以及改善行政方面的对策。With the market economic system, the development of huge suburban residential districts has brought serious urban problems, for example, the private-owned landscape resources. After analysing the formation cause of huge suburban residential districts, the author seeks the reasons from society, market and the behaviour of governments, and then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
