摘　　要：通过对国内露天煤矿信息化现状及存在问题的深入分析,阐述了实施数字露天矿的必要性、紧迫性和有利条件,提出了数字露天煤矿的总体功能和实施对策,论述了数字露天煤矿的总体构架及其建立方法。thoroughly analysed of the current situation and problems which are exsitting in the local digital open-pit coal mine, expounded the necessity, urgency and advantage on applying the digital open-pit coal mine, putting forward the total function and implemented countermea-sure of digital open-pit coal mine, discussed the total frame and established methods of the digital open-pit coal mine.
