摘　　要：目前,一股互联网免费电影下载的热潮正在席卷全球。在网民为此种免费服务拍手叫好的同时,电影、音乐、软件的制造商却视提供这种服务的软件BT(BitTorrent)及使用BT技术的服务运营商为大敌。BT的产生与发展有其一定的合理性,但也存在一定的弊端。要努力探讨克服这种弊端、使用其继续生存并健康发展的办法。Nowadays a software BitTorrent (BT) which can offer the way of downloading movies and albums without paying is popular in the cnternet. The internet users all applaude for its convenience while the entertainment industry hates the technology and the websites which use this software. In this paper the author wants to explore the merits and problems of BT and nalyses whether the new way of internet commucication should continually exist and how it could develop heathily.
