定喘合剂治疗重型支气管哮喘疗效分析

摘　　要：本文报告重型支气管哮喘100例按就诊顺序用序贯随机平行分组方法分组为对照组和治疗组.用单纯西药治疗50例(对照组),治疗组除上述治疗外加用定喘合剂治疗50例.疗程均为7天.对照组总有效率74%;治疗组总有效率96%,中医辨证分型问疗效无明显差异.经统计学卡方检验两组总有效率有显著差异(X^2=9.49>(?)~20.01(1)).P<0.01,治疗组总有效率高于对照组.中药定喘合剂是治疗重型支气管哮喘的有效药物.100 cases of severe type of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was administered Western medicine,while the treated group was given mixture for asthma in combined use of Western medicine. Both groups were treated for 7 days. Results showed that the overall effective rate was 74% in control group and 96% in treated group. There was statistically significant difference between two groups[x^(2) = 9. 49>x^(2)0. 01 (1) ,p<0. 01]. The results domestrate that mixture for asthma is an effective drug for severe type of bronchial asthma.
