比利时杜鹃扦插繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：通过对比利时杜鹃不同扦插时间、插穗所用IBA浓度及扦插介质进行对比试验。结果表明:在武汉市,比利时杜鹃的最佳扦插时间为4~6月份;IBA的适宜浓度为0~150mg/L;最佳扦插介质为珍珠岩。加强扦插后的管理,60d生根率基本在90%以上。Contrast experiments were done by different cutting times, different density of IBA and different cutting media in cuttage propagation of Rhododendron cv. Belgium. It was showed that April^June was the best cuttage time; the suitable density of IBA was 0~150 mg/L; perlite was the best cutting media in cuttage propagation of Rhododendron cv. Belgium in Wuhan city. The rooting rate of cuttage was up to 90% in 60 days if management was strengthened after cutting.
