摘  要:软组织的生物力学特性是诊断软组织病变的重要依据。本研究设计了一种新的仪器来在线测量软组织的生物力学特性。该仪器通过一个特别设计的集成传感器,获取软组织的应力和应变信息。集成传感器由超声传感器和应变片组成的压力传感器通过串连方式连接而成;对超声回波信号与发射信号进行互相关运算,获取软组织的应变信号,这个过程用FPGA来实现。基于软组织的生物力学模型和所获得的软组织的应力应变信号,提取软组织的特性参数。该仪器对超声回波信号和压力信号数据的采集,处理和显示通过DSP控制来实现;该仪器能测量软组织的不同层的厚度,便于运动检测和健身监测之用。Biomechanics Characteristic of soft tissue is an important criteria judging if a soft tissue is pathological change or not. A novel instrument to measure the biomechanics characteristic of soft tissue was developed in this work. Force-deformation signals were collected by a special designed integrated sensor. The integrated sensor was built by linking an ultrasound probe and a force sensor in series mode. Deformation was obtained by correlation algorithm between ultrasound echo signal and emitted signal, and this process was performed by FPGA. Based on the biomechanics model of the soft tissue, the force and deformation signals, the feature parameters were extracted. Sampling, processing and displaying of ultrasound eaho and force signals were performed by DSP. This instrument can measure the thickness of different layers of the tissue; it can be used in sport testing and gymnastic monitoring.
