原发性肝癌华蟾素治疗前后舌质颜色的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨华蟾素治疗原发性肝癌后舌质颜色的变化特点。方法:应用舌诊综合信息分析系统对华蟾素治疗前后的原发性肝癌患者舌质颜色及RGB值进行定量分析。结果:原发性肝癌患者舌质颜色经华蟾素治疗后淡白舌、青紫舌减少,红舌增加,舌质颜色总体较治疗前转红,RGB色度空间的R值分量变高(P<0.01),B值分量降低(P<0.05)。结论:经华蟾素治疗后,原发性肝癌患者的舌质颜色由淡白、青紫向红色转化。Objective To explore the characteristics of tongue color in patients with primary liver cancer(PLC)treated with Cinobufacini injection Methods Tongue color changes and the RGB value were analyzed quantitatively in PLC patients with Cinibufacini injection by analysis system for comprehensive information of tongue diagnosis.Results In patients with PLC the rates of light white tongue and of blue and purple tongue were lower,the rate of red tongue was higher,the value of R in RGB was higher(P<0.01),but the value of B was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion After treatment with Cinibufacini injection,the color of the tongue in PLC patients turned from light white and blue and purple into red.
