补脾肾泻湿浊解毒活血法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：本研究在继承张琪研究员治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的学术思想和临床经验的基础上,应用补脾肾泻湿浊解毒活血法对慢性肾功能衰竭进行了临床研究。结果表明,中药组治疗45例病人,总有效率为86.6％,对照组22例,总有效率为57.2％,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。血尿素氮及肌酐值治疗后较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率及血红蛋白值较治疗前明显上升(P<0.05)。此外,本研究采用放免、紫外分光光度法等手段,检测了病人血中甲状旁腺素、中分子毒物、β_2—微球蛋白含量,结果表明,慢性肾功能衰竭病人血中这大、中、小分子毒物的含量明显升高,以本法治疗后均有较大幅度的下降,而对照组则无明显变化,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。The research obrited Professor Zhang Qi' s Scholar thought and clinical experience on treating chronic renal failure. The results showed that 45 patients treated with chinese decoction, the totally effective rate was 86. 6%; 22 patients of controlled group, 57- 2%!the difference between two groups was very obvious (P<0. 05). Laboratory examination! contents of BUN and Cr in bood decreased obviously (P<0. 005),Ccr and Hb increased obviously (P<0. 05) .otherwise,PTH,medium molecular toxin Substance and (^2 - microglobulin were determined by radio - immunity and ultraviolet spectropho-tometry, the results showed that their contents in patients' blood increased obviously, treated with tonifying spleen and kidney - removing dampness and turbid pathogenic factor - detoxicating and promoting circulation, the contents decreased obviously, the controlled group didn' t change,the difference was obvious.
