摘　　要：嵌入式以太网网络终端具有集成度高、体积小、功能灵活的特点,能够直接接入以太网。本文介绍了在基于SOPC技术构建成的嵌入式以太网网络终端上运行μC OSⅡ嵌入式操作系统、移植lwIP网络通信协议和开发网络通信应用软件的研究工作。在这一嵌入式网络终端设备上试验了VoIP网络语音通信和Telnet网络数据通信,并获得了成功。Embedded network terminal features high integration, small volume, flexible functionality, and can access Ethernet directly. The research work of running the μC/OS Ⅱ embedded operating system on SOPC based embedded Ethernet network terminals, the incorporation of lwIP network communication protocol, and the development of network communication application software are introduced in the paper. VoIP and Telnet communications have been tested successfully in the embedded network terminal equipment.
