成都市综合医院的经营状况评价及发展战略

摘　　要：采用多元统计的因子分析与聚类分析方法,对成都市部分县级以上综合医院的经营状况进行了统计分析,根据综合因子得分进行了归类,并对各类综合医院给予充分的指标评价,为其经营发展和改进管理水平提供决策参考。The statistical analysis method by comprehensive evaluation for hospital managements and its medical services is used in this paper. Base on the factor analysis scale, the evaluations and clustery for the hospitals of Chengdu city are given, which provides the theories and support on the data to improve the manage level and development.
