摘 要:通过硅氢加成反应合成一种新型醇型六官能度乙撑硅氧烷。用FTIR和GCMS来表征合成的硅烷交联剂。以此六官能度乙撑硅氧烷作为交联剂,与107胶、填料、乙炔炭黑,催化剂配混,制备双组分脱醇型RTV导电硅橡胶。通过正交实验设计法对硅橡胶的导电性进行以及综合性能加以研究。结果表明气相SiO2以及乙炔碳黑对硅橡胶的导电性能和其它几项性能影响显著。较佳的配方是乙炔碳黑75份,气相SiO25.0份,新型胶联剂2.0份,结构控制剂为2.0份。A new hexa-functional ethylidyne siloxane was synthesized through hydrosilicone addition reaction, and the siloxane was characterized by FT-IR spectra and GC-MS spectra. It was found that the characteristic absorption of -C=C- and H-Si- completely disappeared, and the characteristic absorption of Si-CH2CH2-Si was observed in FT-IR spectra of the siloxane. This kind of siloxane was used as a cross-linked reagent to prepare two-component de-alkoxy RTV (room temperature vulcanization) electroconductive silicone rubber mixed with 107# silicone rubber, acetylene carbonize black, fillers and catalyst. Electroconductivity and general properties were investigated through orthonormal experiments, and the optimized formulation of RTV electroconductive silicone rubber was proposed. The experimental results showed that the dominant factor was acetylene carbonize black, and the optimized formulation of RTV electroconductive silicone rubber arose when 107# silicone rubber was 100, carbonize acetylene black was 75, fumed silica was 5.0, hexa-functional ethylidyne siloxane was 2.0 and structure-controlled reagent was 2.0.
