摘　　要：目的探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗老年人股骨转子间骨折的临床效果,总结治疗中的注意事项。方法采用135°DHS治疗老年股骨转子间骨折56例(58髋),并随访其疗效。结果全部病例均获随访,时间平均14个月,骨折全部愈合。并发髋内翻2例,无下肢外旋畸形。按黄公怡标准评定,髋关节功能优良率94.8%。结论DHS治疗老年股骨转子间骨折具有手术创伤小、操作简单、固定牢靠、允许患者早期功能锻炼等优点。正确的围手术期处理对保证该术式的临床效果具有重要作用。Objective To assess the effect of dynamic hip screw (DHS) for femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the senile patients, and present its key points in treatment.Methods 56 cases (58 hips) were treated with 135°DHS and their therapeatic effectiveness were followed up.Results All patients were followed up for an average duration of 14 months. All the fractures healed up well. 2 cases had hip adduation,there were no external rotation deformity of the lower limbs.The excellent rate of joint function was 94.8% according to HUANG's assay standard. Conclusion DHS for old patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures has obvious advantage of less trauma,easy operation,more reliable fixation and early physical exercises.The role of perioperative management cannot be underestimated for clinical efficacy of this procedure.
