黑龙江省旅游业的可持续发展战略研究

摘　　要：旅游业作为黑龙江省的重要产业,存在着可持续发展战略制定的问题。发展黑龙江省旅游业有其资源优势、客源优势和交通优势,相应的也有其劣势和威胁,运用SWOT战略分析方法可以客观地分析黑龙江省的旅游资源,提出黑龙江省旅游业的可持续发展战略是发展冰雪旅游、森林旅游、观光农业旅游等。可持续发展战略的分析和制定为黑龙江省旅游业在激烈的竞争市场中求生存提供了前提。As an important industry, tourism in Heilongjiang Province is facing the problem of how to maintain a sustainable development. Tourist industry in Heilongjiang Province enjoys advantages in rich natural resources, large number of travelers and easy transportation. Meanwhile, it is facing some problems as well. This paper analyzed the tourist resources in Heilongjiang using SWOT method, and proposed that a sustainable development strategy for the tourist industry in Heilongjiang is to develop further the resources in ice and snow, forest and agriculture. This strategy is expected to be helpful for the tourist industry in Heilongjiang to make a better survival in the fierce competitive market.
