摘  要:目的制备巯基壳聚糖载胰岛素亚微球,并对影响包封率的因素进行考察。方法以三聚磷酸钠(TPP)为离子交联剂制备巯基壳聚糖载胰岛素亚微球。结果所制得的亚微球平均粒径为473.5nm,包封率为51.8%。结论亚微球的制备条件温和,快速简便。OBJECTIVE To prepare insulin-loaded thiolated-chitosan submicrospheres and investigate the factors which influence the entrapment efficiency. METHODS Using sodium tripolyphosphate (TPP) as an crossing-link agent to prepare insulin-loaded thiolated-chitosan submicrospheres. RESULTS The average particle size was 473.5 nm with 51.8% entrapment efficiency. CONCLUSION The preparation condition is mild, fast and simple.
