摘 要:以甲苯为溶剂,吡啶为催化剂,探讨了β-谷甾醇与琥珀酸酐单酯化反应的条件及反应动力学.实验结果表明,在n(β-谷甾醇)∶n(琥珀酸酐)=1.0∶1.6、催化剂吡啶用量=φ1.5%、回流反应21h的条件下,β-谷甾醇的酯化率大于99%,β-谷甾醇琥珀酸单酯的单程收率大于88%;β-谷甾醇与琥珀酸酐均相单酯化反应为二级不可逆反应,反应活化能为84.0kJ.mo-l1,速率方程r=1.78×1012exp[-84.0/(RT)].cAcB,其中cA,cB分别为β-谷甾醇和琥珀酸酐的溶液浓度.The hemisuccination kinetics of β-sitosterol with succinic anhydride using toluene as a solvent, pyridine as a catalyst were studied. The effects of the amount of catalyst used and the ratio of β-sitosterol to succinic anhydride on the esterification process were investigated. The experimental results show that esterification is nearly complete under refluxing condition for 21 hours and the yield of β-sitosterol hemisuccinate is above 88% after separation and purification treatment, at the mole ratio of 1.0∶1.6 of β-sitosterol to succinic anhydride using toluene as a solvent and φ=1.5% pyridine as an catalyst. In addition, the reaction is the second-order non-reversible reaction, the activation energy of the reaction is 84.0 kJ·mol^(-1), the reaction rate equation is r=1.78×10^(12)·(exp[-84.0/(RT)]c_Ac_B,) where c_A and c_B is the concentration of β-sitosterol and succinic anhydride respectively.
