摘　　要：高校处分权是大学管理学生的重要权能之一,实践中运用这项权能的事例很多,引发的争议也很多。因我国立法的相对滞后,理论探讨的不够及时,导致对高校处分权的认识并不统一。本文对高校处分权的界定、性质、实施原则问题提出了自己的见解。The sanctioning authority is one of the important management powers in universities. There are many cases implementing this power and many problems have also arised. The relative lagging of legislation and untimely theoretical discussion on this matter lead to different understanding of it. The essay puts forward the writer's standpoint about the definition ,nature, principle to follow, and the mechanism to settle a dispute.
