人体节律临界日测算方法的探讨

摘　　要：从人体节律因素体力、智力、情绪的临界日入手,建立了一种人体节律双重、三重临界日测算表。应用该方法,可测算出16～70岁之间的任何人在任一年龄段内的双重临界日和三重临界日的状况。在安全管理和生产活动过程中,只要查阅此表就可预测作业者在某一时期的双重、三重临界日的具体时间和日期,便于企业调整作业活动和工作安排,避免作业者处于临界日时,因人为失误而造成事故发生。文章还论述了运用此表时的具体方法、步骤和注意要点,并用实际例子进行了验证计算,同时对人体生物节律在安全生产中的实际应用等作了简单的阐述。Starting with biorhythmic factors,physical strength intelligence and mood,the calculation table of double and three-fold critical days was established.By this method the double and three-fold critical days of anybody between 16～70 year-old could be calculated.And the specific time and date of critical days could be predicted in the safety management and production.It is convenient for enterprises to adjust working activities and workers could avoid man-made accidents.This paper explains concrete methods,procedures and points for attention,concrete evidence was used to prove the calculation.Meanwhile the practical use of biorhythm in safety production was briefed.
