摘　　要：律师执业人身权是律师一切权利的基础。律师执业人身权保障问题对于司法实践具有十分重要的意义。本文就我国律师执业环境的现状、律师执业人身权得不到保障的原因进行剖析。提出从立法上赋予律师拒绝作证权、刑事辩护豁免权,强化律协维权渠道,提高社会公众的法律意识和人文意识等方面来加强律师执业人身权保障。Personal Rights of a ceritified lawyer are the foundation of other rights. Its protection has the most extremely vital significance regarding the judicial practice. This article analyses the current working environment, and the cause of non-protection of lawyers' personal rights. The article gives some advice on improving the personal rights protection of lawyers, such as the legal rights of refusing to testify, the immunity of pleading a criminal case, together with intensifing the role of the attorney association, and improving the public law consiousness and humanist consciousness to strengthen the protection of lawyers etc.
