吡柔比星和阿霉素的临床观察对比

摘　　要：对48例中、高度恶性非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL),晚期或复发性头颈部癌及晚期或复发性乳腺癌,分别用包括吡柔比星(THP)和阿霉素(ADM)的联合化疗,进行临床观察对比。结果表明:THP和ADM疗效相当,但恶心、呕吐和脱发的毒副作用均明显较ADM低。24 cases of various malignancies including intermediate and high-grade lymphomas, advanced or recurrent breast cancers and advanced or recurrent head and neck cancers were treated with THP containing combination chemotherapy, while 24 identical cases were treated with ADM combinations as control. The results showed that the CR rate, overall response rate of the 2 groups were almost identical. The most remarkable difference was that in the THP group alopecia, nausea and vomiting were far less than in the ADM control group.
