摘　　要：针对当前高校图书馆网络存在的问题,从布局、版面、链接、构图、色彩等方面阐述了如何优化网页设计与制作,分析了网站与网页的包含关系,指出了网站建设应遵循的方针、原则和应采取的措施。In the light of the existing problems of library network in colleges and universities, the author, from the following aspects: layout, page, collection, picture, and color, illustrates how to optimize the design and making of web page, analyzes the containing relation between web site and web page, points out guiding principles and measures adopted in the construction of web site.
