摘　　要：针对图书馆管理实践中的不足,指出人的物化及物的人化皆为管理中的异化现象。从理论上进行分析,找出认识上的偏差,并提出了扬弃图书馆管理中异化现象的措施。Aiming at the deficiency in the practice of library management, the author holds that regarding human beings as materials and materials as human beings are the phenomena of alienation in the management. Through making a theoretical analysis, finding out the bias in ideology, the author puts forward the measures of sublation of the phenomenon in the library management.
