摘　　要：随着高校图书馆的改革,“学生助理”的作用越来越被重视,而且对图书馆的业务工作起了不可低估的辅助作用。With the reform of university library, the function of student assistants is being attached greater and greater importance and they have played an irresistible function on the vocational work of library.
