彩色多普勒超声对流行性出血热病程中的肾动脉动态观察

摘　　要：用彩色多普勒超声对１８例血清学证实的流行性出血热患者病程各期进行肾动脉检查，结果表明，各期肾动脉阻力指数（ＲＩ）有明显的动态规律性。结果揭示，ＲＩ＞０．７０可以做为出血热肾衰的标准。ＲＩ比临床常规使用的血清肌酐测定更能反映本病肾脏损害的严重性。我们认为ＲＩ是一项评价肾血流较好的研究指标。Color Doppler examinations of renal artery were performed in 18 cases of serologically proved epidemic hemorrhagic fever. The results indicate that there exists a prominant dynamic regularity of resistive index (RI) among different stages of the disease. RI reflects the severity of renal damage more precisely as compared with routine condition serum creatinine. We believe that RI is a better parameter for assessing renal blood flow in this disorder.
