摘　　要：脉冲多普勒超声检测输卵管声学造影临床价值杨博，刘丽，郭艳玲，周庆芝，刘翠英，宋丽英，崔克信，崔运摘要＊＊本文报告了对３９１例（５５１人次）不孕症患者进行脉冲多普勒检测输卵管声学造影（ＨＳＳＧＤ）的半定量诊断。３９１例与单纯输卵管声学造影（ＨＳＳＧ）进...The value of hysterosalpingosonography with pulsed Doppler (HSSGD ) as a half-ration diagnostic tool for tubal patency was evaluated in 391 patients (in all 551times),. HSSGD was compared with hysterosalpingosonography(HSSG) in 551 cases and hysterosalpingography(HSG) in 77 cases. 134cases were examined by HSSGD in 2 times and 13 cases in 3 times. The results indicated that HSSGD had the following advantages: 1. the method was simple and safe 1 2. absence of radiation or risk of contrast sensitization; 3. objective standard of diagnosis and good duplication; 4. half-ration diagnosis for tubal section; 5. guiding clinical treatment in real-time.
