摘  要:超声诊断动脉血管病变日益广泛。血管腔内显象技术的应用,可从二维血管腔成像成为三维(立体)显示。为了能更好显示动脉血管的三维形态,我们建立了血管腔内超声显象的计算机三维重建系统。通过计算机三维重建表面提取法,依次标出每个切面中冠状动脉的内膜面和外膜面,最后得到其数字化了的三维图像。结果显示,经计算机三维重建的50个正常人离体右冠状动脉血管腔内超声切面,其形态和实际十分接近。The study of arterial disease over recent years has been widely spread. Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) could be used to reconstructe three dimensional (3-D) images. To visualize the threedimensional shape of coronary artery,we developed a IVUS system with computer-aid. IVUS images were digitalized and traced at the same interval with the computer system. Preliminary comparisons indicated that the shape of coronary artery reconstructed by computer has not significant difference from that of pathology. A system has been developed which can correspond with the real appearance of coronary artery. When combined with mechanisms for catheter localization, such a system may be very useful to the interventional therapy of vascular diseases.
