尿毒症性心脏病的异常超声心动图表现

摘　　要：分析５１倒尿毒症性心脏病的超声心动图资料，发现各腔径扩大检出率：ＬＡ为９０．２％，ＬＶ为７４．５％；ＲＶ为４３．１％；ＡＯ为３１，４％；室壁增厚检出率：ＬＶＰＷ为６４．７％，ＩＶＳ为６２．７％。心包积液检出率：５１％，多为少至中等量积１液。二失瓣返流检出率：３７．３％，均为轻至中度返流；主动脉瓣返流检出率：７．８％，均为轻度返流。典型二尖瓣环钙化４例，占７．８％。此外，ＬＡ、ＬＶＤｄ、ＩＶＳ及ＬＶＰＷ总均值超正常高限；ＬＶＥＦ、ＦＳ％值偏低。Echocardiographic images or 51 cases of heart disease due to uremia were analysed. The positive rate of enlargement of LA was 90. 2%, LV74. 5 %,RV43. 1 %,and AO31. 4%. The positive rate of hypertrophy of LVPW was 64. 7%and IVS62.7%.The positive rate of pericatdial effusion was 51 %.The positive rate of regurgitation of MV was 37. 3% and AV7. 8%. The positive rate of caleification of MV was 7. 8%. Means of LA, LVDd, IVS and LVPW were all higher than normal values while LVEF and FS% were lower than normal. The diagnostic value of echcardiography was discussed.
