摘 要:采用均匀沉淀法,以尿素与硝酸锌反应制备纳米ZnO,通过TG-DTA、XRD、IR及TEN等手段对纳米粒子及中间体进行了表征,结果表明制得的纳米粒子粒度均匀,粒径分布窄。对纳米ZnO的发光特性研究表明,随焙烧温度升高,粒度的增大,可见绿色发射增强。同时对纳米ZnO与普通ZnO的发光性质进行了比较研究,指出纳米ZnO的绿色发光带有蓝移现象,这是由于纳米ZnO的量子尺寸效应引起的。BET测试表明,纳米ZnO的比表面为171.2m2/g,有利于作催化剂。Urea used as precipitant agent reacted with soluble Zn2+ salt to prepare ZnO nanoparticles by homogeneous precipitation method. The particle size, rystalline structure and other characteristics of nanocry stal ZnO and its precursor were studied by XRD,IR, TG - DTA and TEM. Narrow - sized, finely dispersed ZnO nanoparticles were obtained by homogeneous precipitation method. The luminescence characteristics of ZnO nanoparticles were studied. The results indicate that with the higher of calcinations temperature, which leads to increasing of grain - size, the visible green luminescence is getting stronger. The luminescence was studied by comparing ZnO nanoparticles with normal ZnO, which indicates the green luminescence band of nano - ZnO has some degree of blue - shift. The blue -shift is assigned to quantum size effect.
