摘　　要：福建龙岩合丰水泥有限公司投资兴建了一条用100%无烟煤作为燃料的1000t/d水泥熟料新型干法生产线。在试产初期遇到了煤粉秤喂煤不稳、喷煤管的火焰易扫窑皮、耐火砖寿命短、预热器堵塞与预燃炉压床等一系列问题。详细介绍了各种故障的现象、分析判断和解决措施,并总结了生产设备在安装和操作中应注意的问题。目前,该生产线运行率已高于95%,日产量高达1200t。Fujian Longyan Hefeng Cement Co.,Ltd invested in a project of one 1 000 t/d clinker production line that using 100% anthracite as fuel.At the beginning of trial prqduction, a series of problems emerged such as unstable feeding of powdered coal balance,the flame apt to sweep kiln coating,shortage life-span of firebrick,being blocked in preheater and prefiring chamber,etc. Every trouble metioned above as well as the analysis and the measure were presented in detail. The author also summarized the noticeable problems in equipment installation and operation. Now, the running rate of the line is above 95%, the output reaches 1 200 t/d.
