摘　　要：笔者介绍了90例病人行乳管内视镜检查的护理配合方法。认为对乳头溢液病人采用乳管内视镜检查是一项安全、经济、有效的检查方法。术前良好的心理护理,周全的物品准备;术中熟悉检查步骤,与医生密切配合;术后做好乳管内视镜的消毒保养工作,正确的处理指导是检查成功的保证。After analyzing the nursing cooperation at breast duct endoscopy, the authors hold that breast duct endoscopy is safe, economical and effective for patients with nipple discharge. The successful operation at endoscopy exists in careful mental care and preparation of articles before operation, understanding of examining procedures and close cooperation at operation and nursing of complications, sterilization of bread duct endoscope after operation.
