对击式转子混砂机参数和混制机理的研究

摘　　要：用正交设计法对试验台的部分工作参数进行研究，得到一些回归方程。探讨对击式转子混砂机的转板机械的混砂原理，得知该机通过逆向对击、揉搓、剪切等作用完成混制工艺。观察粘土膜的显微照片，从粘土膜的微观结构揭示了部分型砂宏观所表现的特性。he paper studies the partial working parameters of experimental bench by the use of orthogonal design process and gains some regression equations; inquires into the principle of sandrnixing of rotary plate mechanisrn of counter-blow rotary mixer and reveals that the mixer completes the mixing technology through the actions of opposite counter blow, kneading and shearing;observes the microgragh of the clay film and reveals the features represented in partial moulding sand macroscopic by the microscopic construction of the clay film.
