摘　　要：产业集群是一种世界性的经济现象。产业集群具有强劲、持续的竞争优势,对区域经济发展产生巨大推动作用。本文试图阐明产业集群战略如何促进东北地区经济发展。Industrial cluster is an econom icphenomenon in the world.Industrial cluster’s powerful and sustained com -petitive advantage can improve regional economic development. This paper tries illuminate how industrial cluster stratagem promotes the economic development of the northeast region.
