摘　　要：针对煅烧炉滚圈工作表面裂纹的处理,分析了滚圈的可焊性,讨论了在焊补处理过程中容易产生的问题,并提出了焊补修复的具体工艺方案,经过实际的检验,该方案是有效可行的。The weldability of the rolling rings on cylinders was analyzed, the problems that were possible to occur in weld process were discussed for the surface crack treatment of the rolling rings on calciners, and a concrete repair plan was proposed. The practical check result shows that the plan was possible.
