摘 要:利用自制的纳米抗菌剂制备抗菌ABS纳米复合材料,研究了纳米抗菌剂在ABS中的分散性和与基体的相容性,探讨了抗菌ABS纳米复合材料的抗菌性、抗菌长效性及力学性能。结果表明,纳米抗菌剂经过分散剂处理和超细振动分散,可以均匀分散于ABS基体中;抗菌ABS纳米复合材料的抗菌率达96%以上,且有良好的持久抗菌性能;同时还具有良好的综合力学性能和可加工性能,所制抗菌ABS板材的抗菌率在98%以上。The nanocomposite functional ABS with antibacterial was prepared by the addition of self-made nano-antibacterial agent. The dispersed state and the compatibility of nano-antibacterial agent in ABS were studied, in addition, the antimicrobial properties, antibacterial permanence and mechanical properties of ABS were discussed. The results showed that nano-antibacterial agent dispersed well in ABS after being treated by dispersant and superfine vibration dispersion. The efficiency ofantibacterial of the nanocomposite was up to 96%, and it had good antibacterial performance. The nanocomposite had good synthetic mechanical properties and processability, and the efficiency of antibacterial of plates made of this material was above 98%.
