摘　　要：目的:探讨心脉通胶囊的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法(TLC法)鉴别制剂中的当归、决明子、葛根、三七,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定芦丁的含量。结果:在TLC色谱中,当归、决明子、葛根、三七均能得到很好的鉴别,阴性对照无干扰;芦丁线性范围为0.23～1.2μg,平均回收率为98.7%,RSD为2.17%(n=5)。结论:所建立的方法准确、快速,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective:To establish the quality control standard for Xinmaitong capsule.Methods:TLC was used to identify angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels,cassia tora L.,pueraria lobata(Willd)Ohwi and panax notoginseng(burkill)F.H.chen:and HPLC was used to determine the content of Rutin in Xinmaitong capsule.Results:The TLC spots developed were fairly clear,and the bland test showed no interference:and Rutin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.23～1.2 μg,the average recovery of Rutin was 98.7%,and RSD was 2.17%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is accurate and quick,and can be used for the quality control of Xinmaitong capsule.
