摘　　要：目的:制备右旋酮洛芬壳聚糖凝胶剂并建立质量控制方法。方法:以壳聚糖、卡波普为凝胶材料制备右旋酮洛芬壳聚糖凝胶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定右旋酮洛芬含量,采用留样观察法进行稳定性考察。结果:该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,含量测定方法可靠,质量稳定。结论:该制剂符合《中国药典(二部)》凝胶剂项下有关规定。Objective:To study the preparation of dexketoprofen chitosan gel,and to set up method of quality control.Methods:To study the preparation dexketoprofen chitosan gel with chitosan and carbopol for gel material.To determine content of dexketoprofen with UV-spectrophotometry.Its stability property was examined by remaining sample and observing methods.Results:Preparation technology is simple,and the content measurement method is feasible,and quality is stable.Conclusion:It is accordant with condition of gel in China pharmacopoeia 2000 year edition.
