膝关节骨关节病应用关节镜手术疗效评价

摘　　要：目的对46例拟行人工全膝关节置换术(TKA)的膝关节骨关节病患者,采用关节镜手术综合治疗,对其术后疗效进行评价。方法采用关节镜微创技术,分别对关节内滑膜、软骨、韧带、半月板进行针对性、局限化的手术治疗。结果46例均获1～5年的随访,按膝关节综合评分表评分,其中1年内优8例、良26例、可或差10例。结论关节镜手术创伤小,近期疗效好,对于患者因经济条件及身体状况不佳,无法施行TKA的患者,是一种较好的治疗选择。Objective Evaluate the role of arthroscopy treatment on knee osteoarthristis patiens who will be performed TKA. Methods The synovial membrane, cartilage lesion, ligament and menisci of patients with Knee Osteoarthristis were operated by Arthroscopy instead of TKA. Results 8 cases were excellent, 26 good , 10 moderate or poor scored by the comprehensive Knee Joint System Clinical outcomes of 46 cases in one year. in period of follow-up ranged from 12 to 60 months. Conclusion It is a good choice for patients who are unhealthy enough or poor economic to be treated by arthroscopic technique instead of TKA because of lesser trauma, rapid rehabilitating.
