摘　　要：本实验初步探究了组培中几种因子对红叶石楠增殖的影响。结果表明,红叶石楠的最佳增殖培养基为MS+6 BA 0 .5 mg/ L +IBA 0 .1mg/ L ,不同外植体及不同种类的培养基对其增殖都有一定的影响。The study linked with the effects of some factors in tissue culture on multiplication of Phtinia fraseri. The results showed that the optimal culture medium was MS + 6BA 0.5mg/L + IBA 0.1mg/L, and the kinds of explants and media would effect in some way the multiplication results of the plant.
