摘  要:整体考虑ABO3型钙钛矿结构压电陶瓷中的A位和B位离子的离子半径、原子量和电负性对压电陶瓷特性的影响,定义了一个包含有A-位和B-位离子的质量差M、离子半径差R及电负性差X有关的综合因子F(w),该因子与自发极化密切相关。研究了(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3基压电陶瓷的压电性能与F(w)的关系发现,机电耦合系数k33、kp随着F(w)的增加而相应增大,当F(w)为160~165时,kp增加迅速,其后增加缓慢;F(w)与k33则近似直线关系。A comprehensive weight factor F(w) was defined from the point of view that the differences of the ionic size R,atomic weight M, and electric negative X of the A-site and B-site ions of the ABO_3 perovskite ceramics are correlated to the spontaneous polarization (P_s) of the materials. It was found that F(w) has good correspondence with the piezoelectric coupling factors k_(33) and k_p reported up to now of (Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_3 based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic. With increasing of the value of F(w), the k_(33) and k_p increase consequently. By using the comprehensive weight factor F(w), a new (Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_3 based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were invented and patented.
