鼻鼽汤治疗变应性鼻炎108例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻鼽汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择诊断明确的变应性鼻炎患者204例,随机分为2组,治疗组108例采用鼻鼽汤治疗,对照组96例采用西药治疗。结果:2年后随访,治疗组总有效率为96.30%;对照组总有效率为69.79%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药治疗变应性鼻炎较西药有明显优势。Objective:To observe the effect of BD in treating allergic rhinitis.Method:204 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(108 cases) treated with BD and the control group(96 cases) treated with western medicine.Result:According to the follow-up visit after 2 years,the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 96.30% and 69.79% respectively.The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was superior to the control group,and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups in total effective rate was notable(P<0.01).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine has better effect in treating allergic rhinitis than western medicine.
