摘　　要：在今天,从制度和机制上确保“三个代表”思想在我们党执政活动中真正全面落实是一个迫切需要解决的现实问题;为此,必须加强制度文明建设,建立充分体现人民主权和完善配套的权力来源、权力授予、权力监督、权力配置的体制和机制,以及民主科学的决策论证机制、决策实施及其结果的检查评估机制、决策失误的责任追究机制。Nowadays, it is a real problem that from institution and mechanism the important thought of “three representatives” to be really and fully practiced in the activities of administration of our party. For that, we must strengthen the construction of institutional civilization, must establish the institutions and mechanisms that embody peoples sovereignty and from a complete set of power sourcing, power conferring, power controlling and power distribution, and must establish the mechanisms of democratic and scientific policy proving, of its results, and of investigation of tracing the responsibilities of wrong policy decision.
