摘 要:用生化法测定了227例病毒性肝炎血清脯氨酸肽酶(PLD)活性,结果急性肝炎(2329.8±575.8U/L)、慢性迁延性肝炎(1443.0±272.9U/L)、慢性活动性肝炎(2055.5±550.2μ/L)、重型肝炎(1935.9±432.9/UL)及肝炎后肝硬化(2396.5±371.3U/L)均较正常值(1150.3±195.2U/L)显著升高,非肝炎(1197.1±221.1U/L)无升高。急性肝炎PLD变化与丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)变化一致,二者显著正相关;慢性活动性肝炎PLD与ALT均升高,但二者变化不相关,PLD异常率显著高于ALT:肝硬化ALT正常,但PLD仍显著升高。结果表明PLD可作为一项反映肝病慢性化与肝损害的指标。erum prolidase(PLD)activity was measured in 227 patients with viral hepatitis.PLD actitivity in patients with acute hepatitis,CPH, CAH,severe hepatitis and post-he-patitis cirrhosis were 2 329.8±575.8,1 443.0±272.9,2 055.5±550.2,1 935.9±432.9,2 396.5 ± 371.3U/L respectively, all of them were significantly increased as comparedwith normal controls(1150.3 + 195. 2U/L)There was no significant difference inPLD activity between the patients with non-liver disease(1 197.1±221.1U/L)and control.In acute hepatitis,the change in PLD activity was fairly consistent with that ofalanine aminotransferase(ALT) activity,PLD returned to normal rapidly with the reco-very of the patients. In chronic acute hepatitis and cirrhosis,no correlation was observedbetween PLD and ALT, the positivity rate of PLD was significantly higher than thatof ALT. Our results suggested that PLD was a possible index reflecting the degree ofchronicty of liver disease and also an index reflecting liver damage.
