摘 要:超磁致伸缩驱动器是超磁致伸缩材料的主要应用形式之一,具有输出位移大、响应速度快和低频特性好等特点,应用领域非常广泛。对超磁致伸缩驱动器实施有效的热变形补偿或温控等措施,可以消除或抑制由于温升带来的不利影响,提高驱动器的输出精度。针对这一问题,文章提出了六种热变形补偿及温控的方法,并介绍了这些方法的原理,分析了它们的特点及应用场合。The giant magnetostrictive actuator is the main application form of giant magnetostrictive materials. It has the advantages of large output displacement, low response speed and good low-frequency characteristic and is used widely in many application fields. To take some efficient methods of thermal distortion compensation and temperature control in giant magnetostrictive actuator, the adverse influences caused by temperature rise can be eliminated or restrained and the output accuracy of the actuator can be increased. Against that point, this paper had put forward six methods of thermal distortion compensation and temperature control. The principles of those methods were introduced and their characteristics and application situations were analysed.
