摘　　要：针对工程现场管理的特点,利用信息技术手段,构建工程管理信息平台实现矩阵化管理。同时,提出了构建信息平台的实施方案,阐述了保证工程数据信息平台数据的有效性的手段。对在新的管理手段实施情况下的人员培养提出了具体的思路,并展望了信息技术在工程管理的发展趋势。this article bases on the feature of site management and aims at building the information platform on engineering management by the way of IT to executing matrix management. it gives the ideas about how to building the information platform and how to keep the datas from the platform effective. it also tells us the new detailed training plan of the employee when new managements are carried out, and view the IT's developing trend on engineering management at the last.
