摘 要:实验选用Wistar大白鼠尺骨中段截骨造成骨缺损模型,骨缺损长度平均6.1mm。81只大白鼠随机分为3组,每组27只。术后2周各组分别于骨缺损部位注射脱钙骨基质(DBM)、骨基质胶(BMG)及明胶各50mg的生理盐水混悬液。结果表明:DBM、BMG组注射2周,X线照片示骨缺损开始修复,BMG组12周完全修复,DBM组16周完全修复。新骨形成较其它报道略为提早。本实验未见免疫排斥反应。he study was carried out by using 81 wistar rats that were divided into 3 groups randomly,each group containing 27 rats. The experimental model of bone defect was made by cutting off the milldle part of the ulna. The length of the bone defect was 6. 1mm. Two weeks later,the ulna defect was injected with 50mg suspension of DBM(DBM group).BMG(BMG group)andgelatin(the controd group).Two weeks after the injection, the x-ray film showed the bone defect began to repair in the DBM andBMG groups. The BMG group assumed complete repair in bone defect at 12 week and the DBM group a complete healing processat 16 week.The new bone formation was earlier than that in other repairts. There was no immunological rejection in the experi- ment.
