摘  要:利用弹性隔振器隔离发动机高频振动是摩托车减振的一种重要方法。对摩托车发动机的弹性隔振系统进行了研究,提出了摩托车发动机的弹性隔振原理和频率设计准则,建立了发动机弹性系统的动力学模型,确定了系统的动特性参数,分析弹性隔振器对车架动特性的设计要求,结合试验测试,设计了弹性隔振器。研究结果表明,弹性隔振器能有效地隔离发动机系统的高频振动。Using an isolator to isolate the engine high frequency vibration was a very important method. The elastic vibration isolation system of engine was studied. And an elastic vibration principle and frequency design criterion were presented in this paper. The dynamics model of elastic system of engine was established and the dynamic characteristic parameters of the system were confirmed. After synthesizing analyzing the elastic isolator design requirements for the frame dynamic behavior and the test results, elastic isolators were designed. The research results showed that the elastic isolator could effectively separate the high frequency of engine from the frame.
